Solar Decathlon 2011 Conceptual Design Models Travel to Oregon

Conceptual design models of the 20 houses that will compete in the U.S. Department of Energy Solar Decathlon 2011 will be displayed at the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD) National Convention in Portland, Oregon, Aug. 12­–13, 2010. AIBD President Dan Sater II will open the exhibit, U.S. Department of Energy Solar Decathlon 2011 Finalists: A Special Pacific Northwest Exhibition, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. today.

The model exhibit is open only to registered attendees of the AIBD convention.

    Solar energy is the only form of energy that is available at a free of cost and also to an unlimited extent.Up till now we aren’t using it upto our level best.You all have made a great effort so now lets hope that your results are good.
