The Solar Decathlon's mission to build real world examples of the best in solar-powered living solutions is a perfect fit with our mission for Peña Station NEXT to become a real world test of "What's NEXT?".

Strategically located adjacent to Denver International Airport, Peña Station NEXT has been designed with an emphasis on energy-efficient offices, hotels, retail, multifamily, entertainment, and wellness facilities.
