Bosch's North American Industrial Technology business sector reported sales of approximately $1.7 billion in 2012. Bosch makes a strong impact in this sector with its drive and control technology and packaging technology.

Consumer Goods

Bosch brings trusted and innovative products to residential and commercial buildings throughout North America. With 2012 sales of $2 billion, the Consumer Goods business supplies products that include power tools, thermotechnology, security systems, and home appliances.

Energy and Building Technology

In January 2013, Bosch introduced its fourth business sector: Energy and Building Technology, which includes production of resource-conserving heating, cooling, and hot water solutions; communication systems; and security and life safety solutions.

Healthcare

Robert Bosch Healthcare Systems is the market leader in evidence-based telehealth solutions that monitor patients' health status in their homes. More than 50,000 patients benefit from Bosch's in-home telehealth system on a daily basis.

Bosch Software Innovations

Bosch Software Innovations designs, develops, and operates innovative software and system solutions that help Bosch customers around the world in the traditional enterprise environment and in the Internet of Things and Services. It places particular focus on the topics of mobility, energy and building, manufacturing, and financial services.
