Industry professionals connect with Solar Decathlon students during Career Connections at the 2022 Competition Event.
The U.S. Department of Energy Solar Decathlon® is looking for program alumni to serve as mentors for current 2023 Design Challenge teams!
- Give back to the next generation by sharing knowledge and expertise from your professional career and Solar Decathlon competition experience.
- Mentors provide up to 15 hours of support throughout the Design Challenge competition.
- All mentors must be Solar Decathlon alumni (Design Challenge, Build Challenge, or Race to Zero participants) and not participating on a current Solar Decathlon team.
- Mentors will be invited to participate in the Solar Decathlon Competition Event activities in April 2023, including networking opportunities with other industry professionals.
- Mentors will also be recognized on the Solar Decathlon website/social media channels and will receive a certificate of recognition from the U.S. Department of Energy.
